It was just a smart choice for a fleeting pause in London with excellent value for money. The wifi was free, but it hardly worked due to a weak signal. Be sure to grab breakfast early because the hours are really limited.

Convenient location but needs major improvements
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore attractions nearby. the room was cold and damp, and I had issues with the heating that made it uncomfortable. While the staff were friendly, the overall upkeep and cleanliness require serious attention for a better stay.

the room was okay for me, especially considering how hard it is to find a good price in london. the location is great, just a short subway ride to the palace, and i walked to the british museum too. the breakfast was a bit limited but decent enough with coffee and bread. the staff were really nice and helped with my heavy luggage, which i appreciated a lot.

This hotel suits me perfectly. With amenities like 24-hour reception, tv, and luggage storage, I have everything I need. The staff even helped me return my sim cards from my first stay. Highly recommend for a city break!

We enjoyed the clean room with comfy beds, perfect for our family stay. The hotel's location is ideal for visiting some local attractions, which made our trip even more convenient. Plus, we found everything we needed for a fun-filled stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the shower pressure was disappointing.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We went to a concert at the O2 Arena and explored the city together. The hotel was in a great location—close to attractions. Just keep in mind that breakfast is simple, mostly toast, and some rooms might need maintenance, but overall, it was a fun stay!
Unfortunately, my room had a broken coffee mug, which made the experience less enjoyable. It was a bit disappointing to find such a basic issue in a room, but we made the best of it.

Families, consider if you must
The room was decent and surprisingly clean, which I appreciated. The helpful receptionist made the check-in easier despite the disaster I walked into.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I’d say it was bearable under the circumstances.

Perfect location for solo travelers!
Stayed for 5 nights in a single room. The spot was awesome, super close to trains and shops. the shower was kinda cramped and took a bit to figure out. Breakfast was alright, wish it was served longer. not a bad experience for someone traveling alone.

The location is great, with easy access to the tube and nearby restaurants. The room was clean, but the bathroom left much to be desired with its moldy sink and inadequate amenities. A bit noisy at times, but it met the basic needs for a budget stay.

The location of Grenville House is truly convenient, close to transport links which made getting around London easy. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly upon arrival, which created a nice first impression. I found the bed in my single room to be comfortable, allowing for decent sleep. the room itself had a lingering smell that was unpleasant upon entering. While the room appeared to be clean, the corridors leading to it were not well maintained. I noticed dirty items left around that suggested a lack of proper housekeeping. The shared areas need a thorough cleaning. it felt neglected. Breakfast options were limited to basic items, which was a bit disappointing. I encountered issues with the breakfast schedule, as it finished too early.
